One a windy, but otherwise perfect day at the Cape Cod Maritime Festival in Hyannis, Think Blue Massachusetts unveiled ‘Stormy’ the 15-foot tall inflatable duck – an icon of the Think Again. Think Blue Campaign. On his maiden voyage, Stormy faired very well, attracting children and interested citizens.

Members of the Think Blue coalition used this opportunity to inform citizens about the impact of pollution on stormwater on our rivers beaches and bays. At the event, children posed for Polaroid pictures with Stormy and received free temporary tattoos while their parents talked to staffers about the campaign.
